Notice of Operational Closure

Effective January 15th 2026, Peptide Systems is officially winding down its business operations and will permanently close. This decision follows a strategic review of our business portfolio and a reallocation of our resources toward other endeavors. We want to thank our customers and partners for their support over the years.

 

Operational Changes:

• No New Orders: We are no longer accepting new orders for any research materials.

• Pending Orders: All orders placed prior to [Current Date] will be processed and fulfilled by January 16th 2026.

• Customer Accounts: Access to user accounts and order history will be available until January 23rd 2026, after which all digital platforms will be decommissioned.

 

Final Winding Down: Consistent with our commitment to professional standards, Peptide Systems is currently undergoing formal legal dissolution as a California Limited Liability Company.
