Refund and Returns Policy
At Peptide Systems, we are committed to providing the highest quality research materials. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our strict adherence to quality control standards, we have established the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
To ensure the integrity, purity, and safety of our inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have left our facility.
All Sales Are Final: Because we cannot verify the storage conditions or chain of custody of a product once it is delivered, we cannot accept returned items for resale. This ensures that every client receives fresh, untampered research materials.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged or if a product is compromised during transit, we will replace it free of charge, provided the following steps are taken:
Reporting Window: You must report the damage to our support team in a timely fashion (typically within 48 hours of delivery).
Verification: You must provide clear photo verification of the damaged packaging and/or product.
Resolution: Once the damage is verified by our team, we will immediately process a free replacement shipment.
3. Lost Packages
In the event that a package is lost in transit, we will handle the issue directly.
Verification: We first verify the shipment status with the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).
Resolution: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your full order free of charge.
4. Customer Satisfaction & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our peptides. While standard returns are not permitted, we understand that issues may arise.
Case-by-Case Review: If you are dissatisfied with the quality or performance of your product, please contact us to discuss the issue.
Resolution: These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. While refunds are not guaranteed, we may issue a full or partial refund (or store credit) at our discretion if we determine that the product did not meet our specifications.
