Shipping Policy


At Peptide Systems, we are dedicated to providing a seamless experience for our research clients. Please review our shipping procedures below to understand how we process, track, and protect your orders.

1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to prepare and pack your order.

Business Hours: We operate Monday through Friday.

Closures: Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays.

Note: Orders placed on Friday after business hours, over the weekend, or during a holiday will begin the processing window on the following business day.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of size or value.

Transit Time: Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, delivery typically takes 4–5 days.

3. Order Tracking
Automated Notifications: As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your unique Tracking ID.

Updates: Please use the provided link to monitor the status of your shipment. Note that it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking history after the label is created.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We handle all claims regarding lost or damaged shipments on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and accuracy.

Carrier Verification: When a delivery issue is reported, we first verify the official status provided by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).

Confirmed Lost Packages: If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier (tracking stops updating or carrier declares loss), we will re-ship a replacement order immediately, free of charge.

"Delivered" but Missing: If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately. We will review these situations individually to determine the best course of action.
